I don't think there are enough words to describe how amazing ZenPets is.
Dr. Gardner and the entire staff are compassionate and truly take an enormous amount of time getting to know your pet, it's history and put in a lot of effort to find the best solutions for it's well being.
We completed the questionnaire as new patients prior to the appointment in April, and they actually read everything and had notes on our first visit. I love how the vet techs are involved with each visit and how caring everyone is.
The rooms are set up with a lot of thought for the pets comfort and safety. The mats on the floor prevent slipping, which was so refreshing to see, because when you have a dog with arthritis, the struggle for them to get up is real. The calming bird chirping device in the room, helps dogs with anxiety, and the mattress with soft blankets is so inviting for pets. Throughout each visit they took notes. Dr. Gardner took so much time calculating what Skyye's calorie intake should be to help her lose weight to take some burden off her joints. Which supplements to take, which treats to cut out, and what food to cut out since we made her food fresh.
Skyye had hypothyroidism, so losing weight was a struggle for her.
Skyye was always so relaxed during her laser treatments and acupuncture. Not only did Dr. Gardner take a lot of time during the visit, but after the visit, the summary sent via email was very detailed, and I don't know when she sleeps, because the emails with the summary came late at night! Also a big shoutout to Steven at the front desk. Always true to his word, kind, caring and compassionate.
When Skyye tore her CCL in July and needed TPLO surgery, I sent an email, asking for her records to be sent to the surgeon. They immediately sent them. Every time I had to call about something during her recovery, they asked how Skyye was doing.
We recently lost our Skyye unexpectantly and our world is shattered. I sent ZenPets an email to let them know, and again, they replied immediately expressing their sorrow and showing compassion. I sent her regular vet, whom she has seen since we got her as a puppy in 2015 an email as well, and got nothing in response. And she was just there the day before her passing for a nail trim!
I reached out to Steven at ZenPets a few days later because we had supplements and medication we had not used yet and asked if I could return it for a refund. I really didn't expect them to say yes, but they did and gave us a refund!
While we need some time right now, we know we will open our hearts to another rescue dog in the future. When that day comes, we will absolutely trust their care to Dr. Gardner and her team.
I highly recommend ZenPets! I hope our next fur baby loves coming to the vet as much as Skyye did.

Great People, caring people
I enjoy taking my Penny to see her friends at Zen Pets, such a casual place and nice staff. We love it here.
The most wonderful vet experience of my life! The staff is so friendly, kind, and understanding. As soon as I walked in I felt at peace because the decor and cleanliness is outstanding! The room for my dog was so spacious and inviting. They even have beds for animals to be super comfortable while they wait. Vet visits usually make me anxious, but this was actually fun! I read my book in the beautiful room with my beautiful dog while we waited for the polite professional staff to do their job. And they did an amazing job! They made my dog not only feel at ease but truly cared for and loved. I think my dog thinks we went for a play date and not a doctors visit because she had a blast too! So thankful for this place!
Great practice. Extremely impressed with the staff!! Your fur baby is NOT a number here- and it shows. Our concerns for our English bully were met with compassion, advice, and treatment plans that were well thought out and full of knowledge. It’s remarkably comfortable for both the pets and the owners, once checked in your taken to a pet friendly room with blanketed pads on the floor for the pet babies and seating for the parents. Felt more like sitting in a dear friends living room than an office. And Dr Gardener? Brilliant! A good choice for your fur baby- and you.
