Dr. Cara Gardner, DVM, CVA
With over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Dr. Cara Gardner specializes in traditional Chinese and holistic pet care. She became a certified Veterinary Acupuncturist in 2008 and completed certification coursework in Animal Chiropractic and Canine Medical Manipulation. Her focus includes dermatology, behavioral medicine, nutrition, and pain management, emphasizing proactive health management. Dr. Gardner has developed valuable relationships within the Columbia veterinary community through her work at local practices.
An avid lover of independent and mainstream films, Dr. Gardner appreciates podcasts, shows, and movies. She loves spending time with her husband, Brian, son, Coen, dogs, Willie and Squibby, and cat, Ralph. In her free time, you can often find her reading a good book, watching college or NFL football, and trying new restaurants and breweries in the Columbia area.
